Since the 01/01/2017, the refund rate of the Spanish IVMDH has evolved in some regions:

• For Navarra the IVMDH is no longer refundable.
• Asturias : € 40/ mᶟ (instead of € 44 /mᶟ)
• Extremadura : € 38.40/ mᶟ (instead of € 38 / mᶟ)
